Objective: To analyze the epidemiological and clinical profile of victims intoxicated by the herbicide Paraquat treated in the emergency of the Hospital Complex in the south of the legal Amazon. Method: This was a quantitative, cross-sectional, and retrospective study. The epidemiological and clinical profile of the patients was analyzed using the exogenous intoxication investigation forms and medical records in the search period from 2012 to 2018. Results: The highest deaths occurred in males, 61.1%; however, the epidemiological profile revealed no statistical significance (p> 0.05) for the analyzed variables. The clinical profile demonstrated a significant relationship between the respiratory and renal systems and the outcome of death.
